The following are WEEKLY RENTAL RATES for 2007 and is an extract from the Booking Form and Agreement.
Please look at the full Booking Form and Agreement which is to be used when a booking is made.
The amounts are inclusive  of Florida State Taxes of 13%. Reduced rates for late availability, or longer term bookings, can be discussed.

Note: These fully inclusive rates are for the private Executive Villa complete (see below for what is included in rental rates )- not per person.

Prices include:
                  Rental of Villa with, own, private screened Pool
                  Pool heating (heat pump not solar heating).
                  Use of all our Equipment/Utensils and Linen
                  Electricity, Heating/Air conditioning
                  Television channels  and clock radios
                  Cleaning after your vacation
                  Alarm and telephone rental costs

Rental period: Normal rentals are weekly and operate from Friday 1600hrs to Friday 1100hrs because these timings are convenient for most of the UK flight arrivals, and allow access for cleaning. However days and times (subject to prior bookings) can be arranged to suit your individual requirements or Airline schedules.

Liability: The Owners, nor their Agents, cannot accept liability for death or injury arising from the use of the pool, villa or environs. Unsupervised children should not be allowed in the pool area, near the lake or on the road. Guests should exercise proper care on wet surfaces.

Force Majeure: The Owners shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations hereunder due to force majeure which for the purposes hereof shall include, inter alia, fires, floods, storms, Acts of God, riots strikes, shortages of materials, lock-outs, wars, civil disturbances, Governmental control, restriction or prohibition;whether local or national or any other causes whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the owners.
